I am so pleased with the excellent work Savannah did to help me sell my home. I had to move overseas before while my house was on the market. This was obviously going to create additional challenges with the sale my home. Savannah expertly handled all of the contractors and resources needed to finalize the sale. When one of the contractors failed to complete their responsibilities (very close to the closing date), Savannah stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of to ensure the house was ready for closing. Savannah is an amazing real estate agent. I am 84 yrs old, and lost my husband in 2012. I realized I needed to sell my home this year, and was at a loss where to start. I lived in a small gated community of townhomes and needed help to differentiate and market my home. Savannah walked me through every step of the process.  She helped me understand how to get my home prepared, and did a wonderful job arranging to have pictures taken and building a brochure. Savannah priced the home higher than any homes in the community had ever sold for, and asked me to trust her..... (not many homes had been listed for sale in the past few years and Savannah strongly believed that the price could be supported). She did things with social media and digital marketing,  that I’ll never understand, and officially listed the home on a Saturday morning. Within hours, we had 4 showings scheduled and by the afternoon I had a signed offer. Savannah then arranged to have all the repairs done, and held my hand through every step of the closing process. She always find solutions to any roadblock And yes!! it sold at a price much higher than any other home had sold in the community. She’s also a delight to be around.

We have used Savannah to both sell and to buy a home. She is a bulldog. Her work in listing our home was fantastic. She wasn’t afraid to spend her own money with marketing, and understood the avenues of digital media that other realtors we have used seemed too old to grasp.
